It's been rough getting back into training after a long holiday...

Back Squat for 1RM: 105kg (pb)

WOD: "1/2 Jack"
10 push press (40kg)
10 kb swings (20kg)
10 box jumps (24")
amrap 10

Kenz score: 5 rounds + 6 push press
