Tues: FitWars WOD 1 Practice: 3rds: 9 burpees, 6 cleans (135#), 3 cleans (135#)

Wed: Chipper WOD, Oly

Thurs: CAL partner WOD practice (OHS, Barbell Burpees, Run)

Fri: lifting at GOHS

Sat: rest

Sunday: hill sprints
